How to make a Viking helmet!

In Year 5 we have been thinking about what makes a good quality set of instructions. We have linked this to our topic and followed a set of instructions to make Viking helmets. This helped us think about how we can write precise and detailed instructions of our own. It even gave us the opportunity to practise measuring accurately!

Welcome to our Year 5 blog!

My name is Miss Gundy and we have got off to a very busy start to the school year. We have been enjoying learning all about the Vikings and Anglo Saxons as our topic work, as well as exploring animals including humans in science.
